Black and White (1983)
aka Black and White Pearls
Hanyu Pinyin : Hei Bai Zhu

Brigitte is a spy masquerading as the lady boss of a nightclub, for the revolutionaries who helps to capture a cache of arms from the imperial warloads.

Another fashion parade for Lin Ching Hsia and she wears only black and white clothes.  An enjoyable show.  Has a feel of a world war 2 movie because of the Germans.  It is better than Fantasy Mission Force anytime.
