They managed to steal the bags but found that it has been replaced by Carl's teacher (Lau Ka Leung). They gave chase after Lau at the pier and the fighting scene on the boat hanging in the air is really enjoyable. They crash through the boat and the bag sank to the bottom of the seabed. The ending shows them scuba diving.
